Inhale. Exhale.
Yoga is poetry. It is the unstruck sound, the stillness, the place where the breath and body collide. Yoga is a conversation. What is has to say is exclusively between your anatomy & you. In that way, yoga is nothing and everything at once - an intimate tool to access the awareness that already exists within.
As with everything in life, you choose. Yoga can be profound, or it can be meaningless. It can be a catalyst for freedom, or a distraction. In practicing yoga, you learn how to discern, how to commune - the call and answer, the inhale and exhale, the tension and release. It is beautiful, if you allow it to be.

I became a certified RYT-200 teacher through Three Sisters Yoga in New York City because I believe in the power of mindful movement; I want to share that liberating sense of possibility with others. My classes are designed to be supportive and accessible, encouraging students to explore their practice using their body's natural wisdom.
Outside the studio, I coach for Girls on the Run NYC, a program that combines fitness with positive mentorship to help young girls discover their personal power.
I believe in cultivating curious, safe spaces. I am CPR certified through American Red Cross and insured through Yoga Alliance.
I hope to flow with you soon!

In health & freedom,
Kate
